2.For account creation for profiteering purposes, K9WIN has zero tolerance for betting abuse or fraud. Determining betting accounts that violate the valid betting process will be at K9WIN's discretion, clear evidence of bonus abuse will include, but not be limited to, the following examples: *Betting bonus funds on excluded games *Using multiple accounts / using proxies to access *Cross-betting multiple accounts on 1 IP address *Abusing odds differences between betting sites *Betting on 2 sides *Using VPN or hiding IP address *CPA affiliate or revenue sharing abuse *Installing or using software, supporting devices

3. One IP address, one bank account can only register one player account. K9WIN has full authority to decide on cases of registering multiple betting accounts on the same IP address, one bank account registering multiple accounts without prior notice.

4. For accounts that show signs of being linked to accounts playing in the same casino lobby at other providers to cheat by continuously betting on one side more than 10 times and doubling up on more than 6 hands with repeated frequency, K9WIN has the full right to decide to terminate the activities of the violating accounts and terminate the agreement with you.

5. K9WIN has the right to check transaction records and login times at any time for any reason. In case we detect players participating in betting in the ways mentioned above or we find that there are unhealthy participation actions from K9WIN's promotional programs, we have the right to confiscate all winnings and suspend your account.

6. K9WIN reserves the right to terminate or amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
